Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year professional degree programme that prepares student-teachers with the knowledge, skills and professional dispositions needed to become effective secondary school teachers.
Eligibility
A candidate who has passed a Bachelor’s Degree examination or equivalent of any recognised university with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per MP Government norms) is eligible to apply for B.Ed admission.

2 Years (Four Semesters)
Affiliation & Approval
The B.Ed programme is approved by NCTE and affiliated to Vikram University, Ujjain. Fee is as per the Government of Madhya Pradesh norms.
Career Prospects
B.Ed graduates are eligible to appear for the MP Teacher Eligibility Test (MPTET) and Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), and may apply for teaching positions in government and private schools across India.
